Orders and payment

We are unable to inflate any balloons for your event without payment.
We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% or full payment before your event.
Orders over £25 get free local delivery within 5 miles of us. (WF15 7RA)
Fresh flowers need to be ordered in advance and full cash or card payment is required.
All balloons and flowers are left in first class condition at the events venue.
Heirloom cannot be held responsible for damage or misuse of arrangements or balloons placed in venues.

All data and customer details will not be shared with any other companies.

Heirloom are Members of N.A.B.A.S. (The Balloon Association) and hold full Public Liability Insurance for indoor and outdoor events.
At Heirloom, we value our customers and work to provide first class service

A gift in a box

We can only decorate the gift box with ribbon if it’s a local delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for late delivery of items sent via Royal Mail.

Hire products

A 20% deposit is required for the hire of items and is refunded when items are returned in the condition they left us in.
Hire items placed by Heirloom Flowers and Balloons are the property of Heirloom and cannot be sold by hirer or venue owner.

Misuse or damage to products on hire

All hire products remain the property of Heirloom and cannot be removed without Heirlooms manager or venue owner consent. Your deposit will be retained in full payment for damage or stolen/lost items.

Cancelling your order

We are unable to refund your deposit if you cancel your order.

Health and Safety – balloon workshops and general use

Heirloom cannot be held responsible for any damage caused.
With our balloon work, we ensure that when twisting/modelling with balloons, all safety rules are followed.

Keeping in touch

We’d like you to keep in touch with us and let us know ASAP of any changes you wish to make to your orders as we are unable to do this afterwards. Orders cannot be changed 28 days before your event and Heirloom require a deposit of 25% of full payment BEFORE the date of your event.
